Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through joinedupmedicine.com, including pre-orders and published books.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange unless required by consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable products

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email from Dr. Dilis Clare confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email info@joinedupmedicine.com and send your item to the address provided in our reply.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email info@joinedupmedicine.com for return instructions.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For valuable items, we recommend tracked or insured postage.
