Download Policy
When you sign up to receive a free download — such as a prefaces — the file will be sent to the email address you provide. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. Downloads are provided in PDF format and are compatible with all standard devices.
Digital downloads are made available immediately upon request and are therefore non-refundable once delivered.
Refund Policy
Physical Book Orders
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your book arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us at info@joinedupmedicine.com within 14 days of receiving it and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
If you simply change your mind, you may return the book in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the book price. Return postage in this case is at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Events & Signed Copies
Books purchased in connection with an event or as signed copies are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
